Refund & Return Policy
At Beck and Smith, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver safe, high-quality skincare and cosmetic products.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for your orders.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product or variant compared to your order.
- An item is missing from your order.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products returned without original packaging, seal, or invoice.
- Products purchased during sales, combos, or special offers (unless damaged/defective).
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Include your order number, clear images or unboxing video of the issue, and a short description of the problem.
3. Return Verification Process
Once we receive your request:
- Our support team will review your claim and verify the issue.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back using a recommended courier.
- Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunded to your bank account or via UPI within 7–10 business days after return verification.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
5. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
- We will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) as per the outcome.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please share unboxing images or videos showing the damage clearly.
- Do not dispose of the product or packaging until the issue is resolved.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Only replacements for wrong or damaged items are accepted.
9. International Orders
For international shipments:
- Returns or replacements are accepted only for wrong or damaged items.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued only after verification of the returned product’s condition.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the mentioned time:
- Check your bank or payment provider again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time before your refund is posted.
