At Beck and Smith, we aim to deliver your favorite skincare and cosmetic products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is available to select countries; please contact our support team before placing an international order.
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of your products.
In case your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you for an alternate solution.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season loads.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
- All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes within India.
- Orders with COD are verified through SMS or call before dispatch.
- Refusal to accept COD deliveries repeatedly may result in restriction of this payment option for future orders.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier name.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through your Beck and Smith account.
If your tracking number isn’t active immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the status to update.
8. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, certain circumstances may cause delays such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
- Weather conditions, courier network issues, or unforeseen logistic challenges.
In such cases, our customer support team will assist you promptly.
9. Address Changes
Once your order is confirmed, address modifications are accepted within 4 hours of placing the order.
Please email or WhatsApp our support team immediately for any corrections.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, items are missing, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or unboxing videos.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
11. International Shipping (Optional Section)
For international customers:
- Delivery time: 10–20 business days (may vary by destination).
- Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes or international courier networks.
